A CASK task starts with your request and the records available in your workspace. The agent helps prepare a draft, links supporting sources, and presents proposed changes for you to review.
1. State the task and its boundaries
Ask for a specific result, such as a draft privacy assessment or answers to a customer questionnaire. Identify the relevant records and explain what the output should cover.
Clear scope helps the agent prepare useful work. It also gives the reviewer a basis for deciding whether the result is complete.
2. Read the records and prepare the draft
The agent uses the workspace material made available to it. Source references help you find the basis for an answer. Missing or conflicting information should remain visible for review.
The quality of the draft depends on the records and the model. A source reference does not guarantee that the conclusion is right.
3. Review proposed changes
Read the proposed wording alongside its source. Check dates, scope, qualifications, and anything the agent could not support. Accept useful changes, edit where needed, and reject incorrect proposals.
Keep recommendations separate from established facts. A suggested risk treatment still needs an accountable owner to decide whether it is appropriate.
4. Share approved work
Export the reviewed document or table in a suitable format. Confirm what will be shared, with whom, and whether the recipient needs the supporting records.
CASK’s review history can help you follow the work. Protect the workspace and its backups; do not treat a local record as independently tamper-proof evidence.
The same approach in our services
Truvara’s practitioners use CASK to prepare and check client work. Outcome as a Service covers an agreed project. Compliance as a Service supports continuing delivery. Our people review the work, and the client’s owners approve the relevant decisions.
Does approval prove compliance?
No. Approval records a reviewer’s decision. The underlying requirements, evidence, and any independent assessment still matter.
Does every task produce the same result?
No. Results depend on the request, records, configuration, model, and review. Start with a task your team can verify.
